1) The working principle of the ultrasonic plastic welding machine is that the ultrasonic generator generates 20KHz (or 15KHz) high-voltage and high-frequency signals, converts the signals into high-frequency mechanical vibrations through the ultrasonic transduction system, and adds them to the plastic workpiece. The temperature transmitted to the interface increases through the surface of the workpiece and the friction between molecules.
